Our senior group recently sponsored a trip to Resorts World Catskills. A positive was that the employees of the casinos were very. As for the casino, we found the machines were expensive and we had to search for machines which we understood and in our price range. After the show, we went to the food court and the choices were limited. The show was very enjoyable and performers were good.
We saw the show The Concert That Never Was, with a Frank Sinatra and Barbra Streisand impersonators.
You had to try to find a place to sit, as there were too many people and not enough seats. The choices were limited and no coffee or tea was included. We were disappointed with the buffet that was included with our package. The bus area was very efficient and out in the open. Some positives are that the casino is very clean and there are many rest rooms throughout the resort. There are no opportunities to walk around like Atlantic City. All there is to do there is the casino and if you have tickets, a show. There are places closer to my home that offer more than this casino. Even though we had a fun time I would not be in a hurry to return to Resorts World Catskills. Since we had never gone, we decided to take advantage of the trip.
